New to CrossFit?

Contact us to schedule your free 20 minute no-sweat intro whether you are new to CrossFit or have been doing it for awhile. This is where you meet with a coach to discuss your fitness goals and see if FSL CrossFit can potentially help you achieve those goals.

If FSL CrossFit can help you achieve your goals, then the next step is to sign up for our Foundations classes (Sign up here.). This is a series of 4 classes that help answer “What is CrossFit?”, share the vision of FSL CrossFit, and introduce the technique and skills for some of the main movements you will need for the CrossFit group class.
